India, Canada reset ties with landmark uranium pact and $50 bn trade roadmap

After years of strained relations, India and Canada agreed on a long-term uranium supply deal, launched fresh defence and economic dialogue, and set an ambitious target to expand bilateral trade to $50 billion by 2030.
