VMRF Salem shines with rank 65 overall in IIRF ranking 2025 deemed university category

IIRF University Ranking 2025: Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation (VMRF), Salem, has gained national recognition in the IIRF ranking 2025 best deemed university list, with its strong performance in specialized disciplines drawing attention.

The university has secured Rank 19 in the "Good for Medicine & Allied Courses" category, highlighting its long-standing commitment to excellence in healthcare education.

Established in 1981 through the Thirumuruga Kirupananda Variyar Thavathiru Sundara Swamigal Medical Educational and Charitable Trust, the institution was conferred the status of a “Deemed to be University” in 2001 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, with approval from the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
