We accept cancellation requests made within 7 days of placing an order. However, cancellations may not be accommodated if the order has already been processed by our vendors or dispatched for shipping.

For items covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, we request customers to directly contact the manufacturer for any service or replacement claims.
Once a refund request is approved, please allow 9–15 business days for the amount to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
