- Unless explicitly permitted, resist the urge to engage in a copy-paste spree—no copying, displaying, distributing, modifying, or reproducing the Platform without authorization.

PAYMENTS
While the doors to the Platform swing wide open to welcome you without any entry fees presently, keep in mind that the treasure trove of Additional Services may come with a price tag. EPN retains the privilege to introduce charges for these services, as outlined on the Platform.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
In the digital realm of the Platform, the crown jewels of rights, title, and interest belong to EPN, adorned with the jewels of intellectual property rights. Yet, in a gesture of digital hospitality, EPN extends to you a key—a non-exclusive, non-transferable pass to access and wander within the digital halls, in accordance with these Terms and any guidelines issued.
Amidst these digital corridors, you have the liberty to offer your own digital creations, be it content, videos, or information—collectively referred to as "User Information." However, as the architect of your own digital creations, you are solely responsible for them. By offering up your digital treasures, you confirm that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and consents, and that their sharing doesn't infringe upon the rights of others.
Upon receiving your offerings, EPN graciously accepts, obtaining a ticket to showcase and utilize your creations for the betterment of the Platform and its digital realms. This ticket grants EPN the freedom to copy, modify, and distribute your offerings across the digital landscape, without laying claim to ownership. Fear not, for your creations remain yours, and no digital title deeds are transferred in this exchange.
As you tread these digital paths, you may come across opportunities to share your thoughts and experiences—a privilege known as "Feedback." Should you choose to offer these digital gems, EPN welcomes them with open arms, free to utilize, disclose, and exploit them for the benefit of the digital realm, without constraint.
Yet, amidst this digital dance, remember that beyond these Terms lies a realm devoid of conferred rights or licenses to the intellectual treasures of EPN or any third parties. So, tread carefully, for in this digital labyrinth, the rules of ownership and licensing reign supreme.
TERM AND TERMINATION
Like a digital symphony, these Terms shall play on until the final note, unless silenced by termination as outlined herein.
Should the digital dance falter due to your missteps, EPN wields the power to abruptly dim the lights on your access to the Platform. With a swift flick of the digital switch, access may be denied, should you stray from the path laid out in these Terms.
As the digital curtains fall, so too shall your eligibility to partake in the offerings of the Platform, leaving you stranded in the digital wilderness. Yet, amidst this digital dusk, remnants of these Terms shall linger, like echoes in the digital ether, with certain clauses persisting beyond the termination, forever etched in the digital tapestry.
DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES
Using this Platform comes with inherent risks, and you are solely responsible for those risks. EPN explicitly states that it doesn't act as your representative in any professional capacity, such as fiduciary, agent, or attorney-client relationships. The use of the Platform doesn't establish any such relationships, and it does not provide legal advice.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and EPN does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. EPN disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
You acknowledge and agree that you bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Platform, and EPN holds no liability for such outcomes. EPN and its related parties disclaim all liability for loss or damage related to your use of the Platform, including issues with User Information and Third-Party Services.
EPN and its related parties deny any liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, as well as any loss of revenue or profits. You agree to release EPN and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, and causes of action arising from the Platform.
EPN aims to disseminate news and current affairs content, but it does not perform due diligence on such content. EPN does not guarantee the suitability or meeting of expectations regarding news or current affairs content on the Platform. The truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness of such content is not guaranteed by EPN.

INDEMNITY
- You are responsible for indemnifying, and at EPN's discretion, defending EPN, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, associates, successors, assigns, licensors, employees, directors, agents, and representatives against any claims, demands, lawsuits, judicial proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including but not limited to all damages, liabilities, settlements, costs, and attorneys’ fees). This obligation arises from your access to or use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or any infringement by a third party using your EPN account.
- EPN's total monetary liability to you is limited to a maximum of INR 1000.
CONSENT TO USE DATA
- By utilizing the Platform, you explicitly agree and recognize that EPN has the authority to collect and process your data in accordance with its privacy policy. Your agreement extends to EPN's collection and utilization of your information, technical data, and related details.
- EPN is entitled to use the information and data related to your use of the Platform for analytics, identifying trends, and statistical purposes, aiming to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Platform.
- In compliance with applicable laws, EPN may receive directives from law enforcement agencies or government bodies to disclose user data in connection with criminal proceedings. You hereby acknowledge and agree that EPN has the right to share such data with the relevant agencies or bodies as required.
MODIFICATION
EPN retains the right to add, modify, or discontinue the Platform, either temporarily or permanently, at any time and with or without cause. The Platform is not liable for any consequences arising from such additions, modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Platform.
GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- India's laws shall govern this Agreement and be followed in its interpretation and enforcement.
- Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms or the use of the Platform, subject to other provisions in this Clause.
- This Clause shall incorporate by reference the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended, and any controversies, conflicts, disputes, or differences arising out of these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in New Delhi.
- One (1) arbitrator who has been chosen by us will make up the tribunal. English will be the language used in the arbitration.
- The arbitration's parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the proceedings and not reveal any information to third parties or anyone other than their legal counsel or those who have a legitimate need to know, unless mandated by law.
- Every party to this agreement must abide by the arbitrator's decision, which is final.
- Regarding any dispute, each arbitration party will be responsible for its own costs.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Changes to Terms EPN retains the authority to amend these Terms and introduce new terms or conditions regarding access to or use of the Platform at any time. We will notify you of any modifications or additional terms. If you decline to accept these changes, your agreement to these Terms will cease.

Severability Should any provision of these Terms be deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. If a particular provision would be lawful or enforceable by deleting a portion thereof, that portion shall be considered deleted, while the remainder of the provision shall remain in effect, unless such action contradicts the clear intention of the clause.
Assignment You are not permitted to license, sell, transfer, or assign your rights, obligations, or commitments outlined in these Terms without prior written consent from EPN. EPN reserves the right to grant or deny such consent at its sole discretion, along with any necessary conditions it deems suitable. EPN retains the authority to assign its rights to any affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, or successors in interest related to the Platform without prior notification to you.
Notices Except for routine operational communications, all notices, requests, demands, and determinations intended for EPN under these Terms should be directed to EPN's legal email ID.
Rights of Third Parties None of the terms stated herein shall confer enforceable rights upon any third party.
Waiver Any delay in exercising rights and remedies available under these Terms does not imply a waiver of those rights or remedies, or of any others.
Force Majeure EPN will not be held liable to you if circumstances beyond our control prevent or delay us from fulfilling our obligations or conducting our business. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, strikes, labor disputes, utility service failures, telecommunications network failures, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, vandalism, or compliance with laws, governmental orders, regulations, or directives.
