The Third Convocation of Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University was held on July 3, 2025. Dr. Bhagavan BC, Vice Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, was the Chief Guest. The ceremony was presided over by the Chancellor, Poojya Shri D. Veerendra Heggade. A total of 375 undergraduates and 146 postgraduates received their degrees. Ten meritorious students were awarded University Gold Medals.

The Third Convocation of Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University was held on 3rd July 2025 at D. Veerendra Heggade Kalakshethra. Dr. Bhagavan BC, Eminent Surgeon and Vice Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore was the Chief Guest. The Chancellor of the University, Poojya Shri D. Veerendra Heggade presided over the Convocation ceremony.
Vice Chancellor, Dr. Niranjan Kumar, Executive Director – Smt. Padmalatha Niranjan, Pro Vice Chancellor, Shri Jeevandhar Kumar, Director Administration – Shri Saketh Shetty, Registrar – Dr. Chidendra M Shettar, Finance Officer – Shri VG Prabhu and other Dignitaries, Principals of all Constituent Colleges were present during the function.

The Chief Guest, Dr Bhagavan BC told in his Convocation address that:
Poojya Shri D. Veerendra Heggade, the Chancellor declared open the convocation and Conferred the Degrees of the Graduates. In his address Chancellor stressed that:

375 Under Graduates and 146 Post Graduates received the Degrees from the Chief Guests.
The students received their degrees from the Poojya Shri. D. Veerendra Heggade, Hon’ble Chancellor, Dr. Bhagavan B. C. and Dr. Niranjan Kumar, Vice Chancellor. 10 meritorious students have received the University Gold Medals.
Dr. Vijay Kulkarni, Principal, SDM Medical College, welcomed the gathering. Dr. Chidendra M. Shettar, Registrar presented the Annual Report. Dr. Balaram D. Naik, Principal, SDM Dental College, administered the Oath to the graduates. Dr. Sathyabodh Guttal, Controller of Examinations presented the fact and figures of the Graduates. Chancellor felicitated the Chief Guest. Dr. Kiran Aithal, Prof. & Head, Dept. of Medicine, introduced the Chief Guest. Dr. Vidya Patil & Dr. Manjunath Hosamani, SDM Medical College presented the Gold Medallists. Dr. Sudhir Bhatbolan & Dr. Priyanka Mothi compered the program. Dr. Sanjay Parmar, Principal of Physiotherapy proposed the Vote of thanks.
