A 20-year-old man was arrested after allegedly running over a woman while under the influence of alcohol. A test showed 177 mg/100 ml of alcohol in his blood against the permissible limit of 30 mg/100 ml, according to police.
Police said 24-year-old Fatima Khan from Ulhasnagar area in Maharashtra's Thane district has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology but is reportedly mentally unstable.
Police said the incident took place around 8 am on Nov 3 in a weekly market in Jagargunda are of Sukma district. The policemen injured in the attack were part of a group of around 20 men deployed in the market.
