Around 120 people from Ladakh, including Wangchuk, were allegedly detained at the Delhi border by police on Sep 30 night while marching to the capital to demand the inclusion of Ladakh under the Sixth Schedule of the Constitution.
Ashish Pandey, who is said to be close to Ghosh, was under the probe agency's scanner and was questioned by the CBI on September 30.
The incident took place around 1 am on G T Road, between Kachhawan and Mirzamurad on the Mirzapur-Varanasi border.
