NEET PG 2026 answer key expected soon, result scheduled by Sep 30

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is expected to release the provisional answer key and recorded response sheets for NEET PG 2026 soon. The board has not announced a specific date or time for their release, while the examination result is scheduled to be declared by Sep 30.

NEET PG 2026 was conducted on Aug 30. NBEMS subsequently held a re-examination on Sep 5 for candidates affected at two examination centres in Jaipur. Candidates are now awaiting the answer key, response sheets and result.

Answer key and response sheet

For the first time, NBEMS will release the NEET PG answer key along with candidates’ recorded responses, according to the examination information bulletin. The material will allow candidates to see the question IDs, the answers considered correct by the board and the responses recorded during the examination.

The board has not announced the exact release date for the provisional key. Current updates indicate that it is expected this week, but candidates have been advised to rely on the official NBEMS website for the confirmed notification rather than treating reported dates as final.

Once the provisional key and response sheet are available, candidates will be able to compare their recorded answers with the answers provided by NBEMS. Details of any objection process will depend on the instructions issued with the provisional key.

NEET PG 2026 result date

NBEMS has scheduled the NEET PG 2026 result to be declared by September 30, 2026. Candidates will be able to check their result and download their scorecards through the designated official examination platforms once the result is announced.

The result process follows the Aug 30 examination and the September 5 re-examination conducted for candidates affected at the Jaipur centres.
