1 dead as massive fire breaks out at oil refinery in Gujarat

Police Commissioner Vadodara said an Indian Oil Corporation employee succumbed to burn injuries while two others injured are undergoing treatment at a hospital. At least 11 fire tenders are involved in fire extinguishing operations and additional foam fire tenders will arrive from Ankleshwar to remain on standby as the firefighting may continue overnight, said Vadodara District Collector.

Car driver stabs MBA student to death in Ahmedabad

Superintendent of Police Ahmedabad rural said two students had a heated argument late on Nov 10 with a speeding car driver at the Bopal locality crossroads over his rash driving. The accused driver took out a knife from his car and stabbed one of them, who succumbed to the injuries at the hospital.
