Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has disclosed that the 2023 train collision in Andhra Pradesh was caused by the driver and assistant driver watching a cricket match on their phones.
Following the explosion at Bengaluru's Rameshwaram Cafe, an NIA team visited the site of the incident.
