Yoga guru Ramdev, and his aide Balkrishna, issued another apology in Supreme Court today during the hearing of contempt case against Patanjali Ayurved in connection with its misleading ads and Covid cure claims.
Atishi also implored L-G Saxena to address the water supply issues in the national capital.
Abdul Matheen Taha and Mussavir Hussain Shazeb, who were instrumental in the planning and execution of the Bengaluru cafe blast, were arrested near Kolkata. Taha, the brains behind the operation, evaded capture using false identities, while Shazib was responsible for placing the IED at the cafe.
The incident occurred on Thursday around 8:30 am near Unhani village in Kanina when the private bus of GL Public School was transporting 40 children to the school.
Following a case filed by the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Patanjali’s managing director Balakrishna, and Ramdev have recently faced criticism from the Supreme Court over lapses in adhering to an order to stop such misleading ads.
Currently under judicial custody in Tihar jail, Kavitha was previously apprehended by the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) in relation to a money laundering case tied to the excise policy fraud.
The apex court said that the DMRC was not obliged to pay over ₹8,000 crore to the Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Ltd (DAMEPL)--a subsidiary of Anil Ambani's Reliance Infrastructure firm.
