The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has directed affiliated schools to update staff records by November 15 to facilitate examiner appointments and other examination-related duties for 2027.

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has instructed affiliated secondary schools across Uttar Pradesh to upload and update the details of teachers, principals and non-teaching staff on its official portal by November 15, 2026. The exercise is part of the board’s preparations for the UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 examinations in 2027.
According to the latest notice listed on the board’s official website, dated October 27, schools must ensure that staff information is complete, accurate and verified. The data will help the board assign examination-related responsibilities, including the appointment of practical examiners and personnel involved in evaluating answer sheets.

School principals have been asked to complete the process through their respective school logins on the official website, upmsp.edu.in.
Schools are required to review and update the relevant personal, professional and academic information of their staff members. The details include:
Teachers’ names and designations
Dates of birth and appointment
Registered mobile numbers
Educational qualifications, including relevant certificates
Subjects taught at the High School and Intermediate levels
Subject names and prescribed subject codes
Details of principals and other eligible school staff
The information must accurately reflect each employee’s current position and teaching responsibilities. Schools should also update records when staff members join or leave the institution.
The board has emphasised the need to verify all staff records before submission. Subject names and codes must correspond to the subjects teachers are qualified and appointed to teach, helping prevent inappropriate assignments during the examination process.
Schools must also ensure that a teacher’s details are not registered against multiple institutions. Incorrect or misleading information could affect the allocation of examination duties. According to the reported instructions, the concerned principal may be held responsible if inaccurate information leads to the appointment of an ineligible examiner.
The deadline for uploading or updating staff details is November 15, 2026. School heads should review the information carefully and complete the submission before the portal deadline.
The UPMSP has also asked district-level education officials to ensure that schools under their jurisdiction complete the exercise. Accurate and updated staff records are expected to support the smooth allocation of examination responsibilities and preparations for the UP Board High School and Intermediate examinations in 2027.
