The Ministry of Education-sponsored Nurturing Future Leadership Programme will be held from Oct 26 to 30 at IIT Delhi, with faculty from higher education institutions eligible for nomination.

The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) has invited nominations from faculty members for the fourth edition of its Nurturing Future Leadership Programme (NFLP), a five-day residential leadership development programme sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
The selection-based programme is aimed at developing leadership capabilities among faculty members in higher education institutions. IIT Delhi said the programme is envisioned around the idea of making “everyone a leader”.

More than 100 participants have attended previous editions of the programme, according to IIT Delhi.
Faculty from higher education institutions eligible
IIT Delhi has invited two nominations per institute, preferably one male and one female faculty member.
The programme is open to full-time faculty members from IITs, IIMs, IISERs, other centrally funded institutes, and central, state and private universities.
Nominations must be made by the respective institution's Director, Vice-Chancellor or Principal.
The programme is selection-based, meaning nominated faculty members will be selected to participate in the residential training programme.
Programme to be held from Oct 26 to 30
The fourth edition of NFLP will take place from October 26 to 30, 2026, at IIT Delhi's Hauz Khas campus in New Delhi.
Participants will be provided accommodation in single-occupancy rooms. The accommodation, including meals, will be available from the evening of Oct 25 to the morning of Oct 31.
The participating faculty members' home institutions will be responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of travel to and from IIT Delhi.
The programme is part of efforts to provide faculty members with structured opportunities for leadership development alongside their academic responsibilities.
