The new system allows MBA candidates to apply once and be considered for admission to four institutes, reflecting a collaborative effort to simplify procedures and support aspirants.
Four Indian Institutes of Management have come together to simplify the MBA admissions process for 2026.
IIM Kashipur, IIM Raipur, IIM Ranchi, and IIM Tiruchirappalli will admit students through a Joint Admission Process (JAP), with IIM Raipur serving as the coordinator.
The initiative is designed to provide a single application window for candidates interested in these four institutes.
Once CAT results are announced, applicants will be considered for admission across all participating IIMs through the joint system.
“We are honored to announce the Joint Admission Process (JAP) 2026, fostering collaboration among four premier IIMs. This initiative exemplifies our commitment to resource optimization, student-centric admissions, and strengthening the IIM brand for future leaders,” said Prof Sanjeev Prashar, Director-In-Charge of IIM Raipur.
“JAP 2026 reflects our dedication to maintaining high standards and opening new opportunities for aspiring MBA candidates,” Prashar added.
