For further hiring procedures, the posts will be forwarded to the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission.
Sakeena Masood, the Minister of Health & Medical Education, Social Welfare, and Education, announced on October 29 that the advertisement for 575 lecturer vacancies in different streams within the Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department had been approved.
"This initiative is part of the commitment to provide jobs to unemployed youth in the region," the minister said.
For further hiring procedures, the positions will be forwarded to the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC).
“We have started to fulfill the promise of Hon’ble CM Jb @OmarAbdullah Sb regarding providing jobs to the unemployed youth of J&K. I have approved the advertisement for 575 (+2) lecturers in different streams in the School Education Department. The posts are being referred to JKPSC,” said Minister of Education Sakeena Itoo in a post on X.
