Haryana Board Registration Fees and Required Documents

The board has prescribed separate enrolment charges for students from Haryana and other states. The reported fee structure includes an enrolment fee of ₹150 per student for Haryana residents and ₹200 for students from other states.

Eligible students who have already been enrolled and need registration for the relevant examination category may be required to pay a registration fee of ₹100 per student. A question-paper fee of ₹50 per student is also specified for Classes 9 and 11.

Schools must follow the board's document-verification requirements. These include relevant entries from the Admission and Withdrawal Register, students' Aadhaar details and other prescribed identification or academic records. Students transferring from another state may need a countersigned School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate. Students seeking admission to Classes 11 and 12 must provide the required Class 10 qualification documents.

The applicable requirements may vary according to a student's class, previous enrolment and eligibility. Schools should consult the official instructions before submitting applications.

Who Needs to Register Again?

BSEH has specified different requirements for previously enrolled students and fresh applicants.

Students in Classes 9, 10 and 12 who were enrolled earlier but failed or are repeating the same class generally do not need to submit a fresh enrolment form, provided they meet the board's specified conditions. However, they must complete the applicable registration process and pay the prescribed fee.

Similarly, students previously enrolled in Class 9 who have passed Class 10 through another recognised equivalent board may not need fresh enrolment for Class 11, subject to the board's rules.

Students and schools should verify their eligibility and registration status before proceeding to avoid duplicate applications or documentation errors.
