The workshop, tailored for CBSE school students, highlights the importance of reflective thinking as a crucial skill for nurturing self-reliance in recognizing their individual talents and abilities. Creating an environment that promotes self-discovery, the students will be guided to identify their inherent strengths and ways to align them with future educational and career opportunities, as per the board's statement.
The primary objective is to provide students with practical methods for consistently evaluating their capabilities and adjusting to the changing dynamics of the job market and education landscape. This will ensure a lifelong synergy between their strengths and their chosen career paths.
