IIRF University Ranking 2024: The Indian Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF) university ranking is released for the year 2024. IIRF is the most authentic non-government ranking framework in India, developed by the IIRF Centre for Institutional Research (ICIR). It ranks more than 1,000 educational institutions nationwide.

The IIRF 2024 university ranking showed significant changes in the top deemed private university (research) category. While Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, Rajasthan, continues to hold the top spot, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, made it to the top 10, securing the 2nd position.
This year, Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala, Punjab, dropped one spot to take 3rd place. Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, remained ranked 4tgh. The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, advanced and now holds the 5th spot.
Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, Karnataka, are the new entries in the top 10, grabbing 6th, and 7th positions, respectively.
