Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan launched its Vision 2047 Panch Parivartan plan to revolutionize Indian education by 2047, emphasizing cultural values, social equality, and self-sufficiency

What Is It?
Vidya Bharati introduced a 5-point plan aimed at transforming Indian education into value-driven, inclusive, and sustainable frameworks by the 100th anniversary of India's independence.

Five Essential Approaches:
Samajik Samrasata: Fosters social unity by implementing inclusive education throughout various castes, communities, and regions.
Kutumb Prabodhan: Reinforces family values via cultural education, Matri-Pitri Pujan, and conventional family traditions.
Paryavaran Sanrakshan: Promotes environmental responsibility — 5.2 lakh trees planted, 3,400 eco-friendly campuses, water conservation in over 1,800 schools.
Swa (Self-Identity & Self-Reliance): Promotes youth empowerment through vocational education, ITIs, and a strong sense of identity, extending to distant regions such as Kargil and Kiphire.
Nari Samman: Supports education for girls, fosters leadership, and teaches self-defense, impacting 14.4 lakh girls via specialized initiatives.
Importance:
Advocates comprehensive education combining contemporary skills (AI, robotics) with Bharatiya values (yoga, Sanskrit).
Tackles social fairness, ecological awareness, gender respect, and independence — essential components of nation development.
Empowers young people for international competitiveness while remaining anchored in Indian heritage and traditions.
