Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently went on a brief visit to Gaza where he announced a reward of $5 million for anyone who helps release captives from Gaza along with giving them a way out of the war-torn Palestinian territory.
Netanyahu visited Gaza on Nov 19 where he toured the Israeli military's Netzarim Corridor, – an important road and buffer zone constructed by Israel’s army to separate northern Gaza from the southern part.
He reiterated that the search for the remaining 101 Israeli hostages still missing in Gaza will continue.
"Whoever brings us a hostage will find a safe way. So, the choice is yours, but the result will be the same. We'll get them all back," he said.
Netanyahu also warned terrorists saying “Anyone who dares to harm our hostages will have blood on their head. We will hunt you down and get you.”
During the visit, the Israeli Prime Minister also said that “Hamas shall never rule the Palestinian enclave again once the war is over.”
He further reaffirmed his pledge to completely remove Hamas' control and claimed that Israeli armed forces have destroyed the Palestinian fighter group's military capabilities.
Netanyahu, accompanied by the Defense Minister and Army Chief, visited Gaza to assess the on-ground operational activities of Israel's military.
