IIRF University Ranking 2024: JNU remains rank #1 in Central University category

JNU-Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, remains the best-regarded university with a 1st rank. While DU - University of Delhi, New Delhi, made a tremendous leap of four spots to take the 2nd rank, BHU - Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, dropped one rank and is in 3rd place.

IIRF University Ranking 2024: The Indian Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF) university ranking is released for the year 2024. IIRF is the most authentic non-government ranking framework in India, developed by the IIRF Centre for Institutional Research (ICIR). It ranks more than 1,000 educational institutions nationwide.

Universities in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh dominate the top 5 universities in the IIRF university ranking 2024 for the central university category. JNU-Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, remains the best-regarded university with a 1st rank.

While DU - University of Delhi, New Delhi, made a tremendous leap of four spots to take the 2nd rank, BHU - Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, dropped one rank and is in 3rd place.

Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, is in 4th place this year as well, but Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, dropped two spots to take 5th rank.
