Indian Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF) has released Law, Design, and Architecture Rankings 2024, showcasing the institutions at the forefront of legal education, design innovation, and architectural prowess across India.
In the Law education, National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru, has secured its position as the top-ranking institution. Following closely behind, National Law University, New Delhi, and NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, secured the second and third spots respectively.
In the design domain, the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad, has emerged as the premier institution. NID, Bengaluru, and Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, have also garnered recognition among the top three for their influential design programs.
For architecture, the Department of Architecture, IIT Kharagpur has topped the position, with the Department of Architecture and Planning, IIT Roorkee, and School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi, following suit, showcasing their significant contributions to architectural education.

IIRF Ranking 2024 spans across six categories, including Best Law Colleges (Government), Best Law Colleges (Private), Best Architecture Colleges (Government), Best Architecture Colleges (Private), Top 30 Design Colleges (Government), and Top 40 Design Colleges (Private).
These rankings are based on seven key parameters, providing a comprehensive overview of institutions' contributions to their respective fields, including employability, teaching-learning resources, faculty, infrastructure, projects and case studies, and innovation.
