BENGALURU, 19th October 2023: NSRCEL, the incubation arm of IIM Bangalore, has launched a new initiative called Campus Founders. The program is designed to support college students and recent graduates in their entrepreneurial journey, helping them turn their startup ideas into successful businesses.
The four-month program is open to students across various academic disciplines. It provides participants with the opportunity to rapidly explore Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and the path to product-market fit. The program includes workshops, hands-on mentorship, and interactions with seasoned entrepreneurs and industry experts.
Anand Sri Ganesh, CEO of NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, believes that the program will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of entrepreneurial talent in India. He said, “With Campus Founders, we look towards equipping these student entrepreneurs with the right skill set, mentorship, and network that helps them develop critical business skills, address key challenges, and nurture a growth mindset.”
Milind M Manoj, CEO of PupilMesh and an alumnus of NSRCEL’s past cohorts, shared his experience at NSRCEL. He said that NSRCEL provided him with the right exposure to quickly catch up on the essentials one would need to run a venture.
By the end of the program, participants will have gained insights into refining their business models, creating validated revenue streams, developing growth-driven product roadmaps, achieving product-market fit, exploring funding opportunities, and building a loyal customer base.
