Jammu and Kashmir Board Class 10, 12 datesheet 2026 released, check exam schedule

JKBOSE has announced the examination schedule for Class 10 and Class 12 students appearing in the October-November session examinations 2026.

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has published the official datesheet on its website, jkbose.jk.gov.in.

The examinations will be held for students in the Kashmir Division, Winter Zone areas of the Jammu Division and the Union Territory of Ladakh. Students can check and download the complete schedule through the official JKBOSE portal.

As per the datesheet, the JKBOSE Class 10 examinations will start on Oct 19, while the Class 12 examinations are scheduled to begin on Oct 21. The exams for both classes will be conducted from 11am.

JKBOSE Class 10 examination schedule

The Class 10 examinations will commence on Oct 19. Students appearing for the October-November session can refer to the official datesheet for the subject-wise examination schedule.

The practical examination datesheet for Class 10 vocational subjects will be issued separately by JKBOSE. Students should check the board's official website for further updates regarding the practical examinations.

JKBOSE Class 12 examination schedule

The Class 12 examinations will begin on Oct 21, with all examinations scheduled to start at 11am. Students should carefully check the subject-wise dates released by the board and make arrangements accordingly.

Examination center details and guidelines

The examination center assigned to each student will be mentioned on the respective admit card. The admit cards will also carry important instructions that candidates are required to follow during the examinations.

Students should read these instructions carefully before appearing for their respective papers and report to the allotted examination center as directed by the board.

JKBOSE has also reminded students not to bring prohibited items to the examination center. Mobile phones, headphones, Bluetooth devices and any written material are among the items that students should not carry into the examination hall.

Carrying electronic devices or written material to the examination center will be treated as an attempt to indulge in unfair means. Students are therefore advised to check their belongings before leaving for the examination to avoid any issues on the day of the test.
