A direct PhD admission route is available for BTech graduates from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) who have secured a CGPA of 8.0 or above.
Candidates applying through this route do not need to appear for GATE, according to the institute’s announcement.

These include aircraft and flight research, space technology, drone development, and applications of AI and machine learning in aerospace engineering.
