IIM Udaipur launches executive program in product management

IIM Udaipur has introduced a new Executive Program in Product Management and opened admissions for the upcoming batch of its Senior Management Program, both tailored for working professionals in leadership or product-focused roles.

The two executive education offerings follow a hybrid format, combining live online sessions with on-campus modules to balance flexibility with immersive, in-person learning.

IIM Udaipur has collaborated with TeamLease EdTech to manage program delivery and ensure consistent learner support throughout the course duration.

The Executive Program in Product Management is a 9-month course that guides participants through the entire product lifecycle.

It covers areas like customer discovery, design thinking, strategy execution, and scaling. The program includes training in industry-standard tools and frameworks such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing, and Jobs To Be Done (JTBD).

A capstone project simulating a full product launch wraps up the curriculum, giving participants hands-on experience.

Admissions are also open for the next cohort of the Senior Management Program, a one-year course targeting professionals aiming for senior leadership positions.

This program features modules in leadership, finance, marketing, supply chain, strategic decision-making, and artificial intelligence for business.

It ends with a capstone business simulation that challenges participants to apply their knowledge to real-world boardroom scenarios.

Both programs are designed to help professionals build future-ready skills while managing their ongoing careers.
