IIM Mumbai launches executive programs in digital transformation, sales, and AI

The Indian Institute of Management Mumbai has introduced two new executive education programs in collaboration with TeamLease EdTech Ltd, expanding its offerings for professionals navigating technology-driven change and competitive markets.

The newly launched courses include the Executive Certificate Program on Digital Transformation and AI and the Executive Certificate Program in Strategic Sales and AI-Driven Marketing.

According to a statement from TeamLease, the programs are aimed at working professionals and senior managers seeking to lead organizations through digital disruption, market shifts, and changing customer behavior.

Both programs will follow a hybrid learning model that combines weekend live online classes, on-campus immersion modules, and a capstone project.

The curriculum is designed to provide practical exposure to AI applications, data-led strategy, Industry 4.0 frameworks, digital value creation, advanced sales planning, and AI-supported marketing decisions.

The Digital Transformation and AI program focuses on enterprise-wide change, integration of emerging technologies with business strategy, innovation in business models, operational efficiency, and leadership in a digital economy.

The Strategic Sales and AI-Driven Marketing program is structured to help participants drive revenue growth, refine go-to-market strategies, use AI for customer insights, improve sales performance, and build data-driven marketing teams in highly competitive environments.

Participants will engage with IIM Mumbai faculty members, industry experts, and peers from different sectors, creating opportunities for collaborative learning and professional networking.
