The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has rescheduled six CA exam papers to new dates between May 16 and 24, while Foundation exams will follow the original timetable.
Citing improvements in the national security landscape, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced a revised timetable for the Chartered Accountants Final, Intermediate, and International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT–AT) exams scheduled for May 2025.
In a notification dated May 10, 2025, ICAI stated that exams initially set between May 9 and May 14 have been postponed and will now be conducted from May 16 to May 24.
The rescheduling applies to six papers across CA Final Group II, CA Intermediate Group II, and INTT–AT.

“The exams will be conducted at the same centers and during the same afternoon time slots—2:00 PM to 5:00 PM IST. However, papers marked with an asterisk (*) will end at 6:00 PM,” the notification clarified.
ICAI confirmed that previously issued admit cards remain valid for the new dates.
The institute further informed that there will be no changes to the examination schedule in the event of any rescheduled date falling on a public or local holiday.
Meanwhile, the CA Foundation exams for May 2025 will proceed as per the original schedule, with no changes in date, time, or venue.
These exams will be held on May 15, 17, 19, and 21.
ICAI urged candidates to stay informed by regularly checking updates on its official website, www.icai.org.
“The new dates are final, and no further postponements will be entertained unless under extraordinary circumstances,” the notice emphasized.
