Further reinforcing SRMIST’s commitment to sustainability, the waste generated during the event was systematically managed, while post-event impact initiatives were undertaken in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).

The event was made possible with the support of Parlé Agro, Wholy Foods and Claps Beverages, whose contribution played an important role in bringing the vision of SRM RUN 10.0 to life.

Aaruush, inaugurated in 2007 by former President of India Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, has evolved into a prominent platform for young minds to explore innovation, knowledge and learning. Reflecting SRMIST’s vision of empowering youth to ignite meaningful change, the Techno-Management Fest has continued to provide opportunities for students to engage with emerging ideas and transformative initiatives.

SRM RUN was introduced during the 11th edition of Aaruush as a unique marathon experience open to participants across age groups. Over the years, it has evolved into a platform that promotes fitness while encouraging individuals to embrace sustainable lifestyles.

As part of the 20th edition of Aaruush, SRM RUN 10.0 carries forward this decade-long legacy, bringing together fitness, community participation and environmental responsibility while marking ten editions of a movement built on collective action and enduring commitment.
