The Rural Technology Action Group's (RuTAGe) Smart Village Center (RSVC) opened in Mandaura, Haryana.

• It seeks to empower communities through sustainable solutions and improve quality of life by fusing cutting-edge technologies with rural needs.
• RuTAGe was conceived by PSA in 2003-04.
• Provides enduring technical assistance at the Panchayat level, supporting 15–20 villages with 12 technology tracks, such as waste management and agriculture.
• To link rural producers with bigger markets, Market Access places a strong emphasis on working together with websites like ONDC, Amazon, and Market Mirchi.
• In order to guarantee sustainability, plans call for the opening of 20 new centers and the empowerment of female entrepreneurs through the Techpreneurs program.
