What is Ayurveda Aahara?
Ayurveda Aahara denotes food items prepared according to the dietary tenets of Ayurveda, emphasizing harmony, seasonal variety, and the incorporation of natural and healing components for overall health.

To integrate traditional dietary wisdom based on Ayurveda into the mainstream.

To improve public confidence and acceptance of Ayurveda-inspired nutrition for preventive health.

Genuineness Via Textual Verification: The conclusive compilation relies on recipes and techniques drawn from traditional Ayurvedic writings enumerated in Schedule A.
Clarity for Food Enterprises: Offers a reliable regulatory framework for food business operators to produce Ayurveda Aahara items within an established structure.
Public Health Emphasis: Promotes the adoption of established dietary habits that enhance digestion, bolster immunity, and contribute to lasting health.
Structured Addition Method: FBOs may seek to add new products supported by authentic references from traditional Ayurvedic texts.
Direction by the National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA): The central body developed and authenticated formulations to guarantee scientific accuracy and adherence to tradition.
