CS Pawan G Chandak has been elected President and CS Dwarakanath Chennur as Vice President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for 2026, effective Jan 19.
Chandak, the newly appointed President, is a qualified Company Secretary with expertise in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare. He is the founding partner of M/s KPRC & Associates, a firm with operations across India.

Chandak brings extensive experience in Corporate Law, Foreign Exchange Law, Industrial Law, Legal Metrology, Secretarial Audit, Arbitration, SEZ, STPI, EOUs, and DOT.
He has served as an Independent Director and Advisor to major corporate houses and multinational companies, offering insights into corporate legal matters, deal structuring, and mergers and amalgamations.
