The National People's Party (NPP) won five seats, the National Congress Party (NCP) won three, and the People's Party of Arunachal (PPA) grabbed two. Three seats went to Independent candidates.
The state's Chief Minister Pema Khandu said BJP's winning momentum will spread to other parts of the country on June 4, when votes for the Lok Sabha elections are counted.
