The 10-month executive programme aims to equip technical and non-technical professionals with skills in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital transformation and organisational risk management.

The Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) has opened admissions for the fourth batch of its Executive Programme in Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security for Organisations. The programme is being offered with Jaro Education as its technical and student support partner.
The 10-month programme is designed to help working professionals understand the business applications of artificial intelligence (AI), responsible technology adoption and cybersecurity risk management. It aims to prepare participants to contribute to digital transformation initiatives and make informed decisions about the use and security of AI-driven technologies within organisations.

The growing adoption of artificial intelligence across industries has increased the need for professionals who understand both technological opportunities and cybersecurity risks.
According to Precedence Research, the global AI in cybersecurity market was valued at approximately USD 29.64 billion in 2025. The market is projected to reach USD 35.40 billion in 2026 and grow to around USD 167.77 billion by 2035, at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 18.93% during 2026–2035.
Gartner has also highlighted the importance of securing AI systems. In a March 2026 prediction, the research firm said that more than 50% of enterprises would use AI security platforms by 2028 to protect third-party AI services and custom-built AI applications. These developments underline the growing relevance of AI governance, data protection and cybersecurity capabilities in business environments.
According to IIM Indore, the programme is intended for professionals from a range of educational and professional backgrounds. Eligible candidates may include engineers, IT professionals, project managers, functional managers and professionals working in business, operations, finance or consulting.
The programme follows a multidisciplinary approach and is not restricted to candidates with a purely technical background. It is also relevant for professionals looking to transition into cybersecurity or digital risk management, or those seeking to strengthen their understanding of AI-enabled business operations.
The curriculum combines artificial intelligence, data analytics, cybersecurity and business decision-making. Key areas include:
Artificial intelligence, machine learning and generative AI
Digital transformation and AI applications in organisations
Responsible AI adoption, governance and ethical considerations
Cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities and defence strategies
Cyber risk management, compliance and incident response
Data analytics, visualisation and business intelligence tools
Organisational risk assessment and secure technology adoption
The programme also aims to provide exposure to practical applications, case studies and emerging technologies. Participants are expected to develop an understanding of how AI can support business objectives while identifying and managing the security risks associated with its implementation.
IIM Indore offers executive education programmes for professionals seeking to develop management, leadership and contemporary business skills. The institute's portfolio includes programmes designed around changing industry requirements and emerging areas of professional development.
