FinX and Indian Institute of Banking and Finance partnership to expand BFSI employment opportunities.

FinX has partnered with the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) to improve employment opportunities for candidates completing banking and finance qualifications. The collaboration aims to strengthen the link between professional education and recruitment across the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector.

Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), eligible IIBF candidates will be able to access employment opportunities through FinX’s E3 platform. The initiative will also offer support for building professional profiles and free online grooming webinars to help candidates prepare for recruitment processes.

FinX-IIBF Partnership to Connect Candidates With BFSI Employers

The partnership combines IIBF’s expertise in banking and finance education with FinX’s employment platform and corporate network. According to the information shared by the organisations, FinX has relationships with more than 300 corporate partners across banking, asset management, wealth management, insurance, financial distribution, stockbroking and other financial services businesses.

The collaboration is designed to help candidates explore relevant job opportunities and improve their understanding of employers’ expectations. By connecting professional qualifications with employment-related resources, the initiative seeks to support candidates as they transition from training and certification to the workplace.

However, access to the platform and its resources should not be interpreted as a guarantee of employment or placement.

FinX Plans to Develop an Employability Score for BFSI Careers

Commenting on the partnership, Himanshu Vyapak, CEO of FinX, said the collaboration would help bridge the gap between financial education and employment by enabling candidates to translate their qualifications into career opportunities.

Vyapak also highlighted the importance of assessing candidates on their job readiness rather than relying solely on educational credentials. He outlined FinX’s vision of developing the FinX Employability Score as a trusted measure of employability across the BFSI industry.

According to the company’s stated vision, the proposed score would indicate candidates’ job readiness, identify their strengths and skill gaps, and highlight areas requiring improvement. The objective is to help employers connect with suitable talent while giving candidates a clearer understanding of the skills needed to pursue careers in financial services.

The score is a proposed initiative described by FinX; it should not be treated as an established industry-wide standard.

IIBF Highlights Focus on a Future-Ready Banking Workforce

Deepak Kumar Lalla, CEO of IIBF, said the partnership brings together professional education and industry engagement to strengthen the BFSI talent ecosystem. He also highlighted the shared objective of developing a future-ready workforce for the banking sector.

The collaboration reflects a broader focus on improving the transition from professional learning to employment by connecting candidates with industry opportunities and recruitment preparation resources.
