Unverified audio clip warns Bollywood stars to “fall in line” or face deadly consequences; agencies on alert after past attacks linked to gang.

A man claiming to be Hari Boxer of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has issued a fresh and chilling threat against actor Ranveer Singh and filmmaker Rohit Shetty, warning that their “entire staff” would be killed if they failed to comply with his demands.
The threat surfaced in an unverified audio message that has begun circulating online.

In the recording, the speaker identifies himself as “Hari Boxer” and claims the message is meant for “all of Bollywood”, singling out Ranveer Singh by name. He alleges that the actor reneged on a prior commitment and warns him to “come back in line in time” or face dire consequences.
In a menacing tone, the voice claims to possess detailed information about the actors’ managers and employees — including their residences, daily movements, and family details — and threatens to target them first.
“We won’t say anything to you directly. We will start targeting the people who work under you,” the speaker says in the clip. “We will kill your entire staff. Get in line while there is still time.”
Rohit Shetty is also explicitly mentioned in the recording, with the speaker warning both him and Ranveer Singh to “listen carefully.” The threat is extended to the wider Hindi film industry, cautioning that anyone ignoring calls from the gang would face retaliation.
This is not the first time the name Hari Boxer has surfaced in connection with alleged threats. His name had earlier cropped up following a firing incident outside Rohit Shetty’s Mumbai residence by unidentified assailants.
The same individual had also claimed responsibility for a firing incident at a Canada-based café owned by comedian Kapil Sharma last year. In an audio message released on September 14, 2025, he alleged the attack was linked to Sharma inviting actor Salman Khan to an event.
In that earlier recording, the speaker had threatened to “spoil the atmosphere” in Mumbai’s film industry and warned that no actor or producer would be spared if they collaborated with Salman Khan.
Security agencies have remained on high alert amid a series of threats attributed to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, which has repeatedly targeted high-profile figures in the entertainment industry.
There was no immediate response from Ranveer Singh or Rohit Shetty to the latest audio message.
