SBI offers free edX courses on AI, banking, digital marketing and behavioral finance

SBI has introduced a range of free online courses on edX for students and professionals seeking job-ready skills in areas such as AI, banking, digital marketing, personal branding and finance.

The courses can be completed online at the learner's own pace and cover both technical and business-focused subjects.

SBI said the courses are supported by its learning ecosystem, which includes more than 400 practicing bankers, six specialized training institutes and over 25,000 e-lessons, case studies, articles and videos.

SBI free online courses on edX

1. AI and Generative AI for Business Automation

The course covers the use of AI and generative AI for workflow automation, decision-making and productivity. It does not require coding skills and uses practical business examples.

2. Applications of Agentic AI in Banking

The course introduces agentic AI and its applications in banking. Registration will open on September 25, 2026, and remain open until March 31, 2027.

3. Content Marketing Strategy

The course covers content marketing, digital marketing tools and strategies for creating, promoting and optimizing content to attract and retain customers.

4. Personal Branding

The course explains personal branding, its importance and the skills required to build a personal brand. It will run from September 25, 2026, to December 30, 2026.

5. Agri E-Commerce: From Farm to Global Market

The course explains how farmers, cooperatives and agri-entrepreneurs can use e-commerce platforms to reach consumers, access global markets and improve pricing opportunities.

6. Introduction to Behavioural Finance

The course covers behavioral finance, cognitive and emotional biases, self-deception and their impact on financial decisions and financial markets.
