With registrations open until Jan 11, the eighth edition has drawn students, teachers, and parents nationwide, bringing the initiative close to its previous Guinness World Record participation milestone.

Registrations for Pariksha Pe Charcha have crossed the 3 crore mark in 2026, reflecting strong nationwide participation ahead of the annual interaction led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The registration window for the eighth edition of the initiative remains open until January 11. Of the more than 3 crore registrations recorded so far, around 2.85 crore are students, 17 lakh are teachers, and 3.49 lakh are parents.

Pariksha Pe Charcha was launched in 2018 as a platform for students to engage directly with the prime minister on issues related to exams, stress management, and learning.
The program also includes interactions with parents and teachers, focusing on their role in supporting students and helping them achieve their goals.
Announcing the milestone on social media platform X, the Ministry of Education said, “Registrations for Pariksha Pe Charcha, the flagship initiative of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, have crossed a historic milestone, with over 3 crore registrations from students, parents, and teachers as of December 30, 2025.”
The initiative is nearing its 2025 Guinness World Record of 3.53 crore registrations.
This year’s themes include making exams a celebration, the contribution of freedom fighters, environmental conservation, and the Clean India mission.
Participants can register through the official portal innovateindia1.mygov.in by selecting their category as student, teacher, or parent and completing the online form using basic contact details.
