On completion, participants will receive certification from Manipal Academy of BFSI. Admission to the program will be based on an online assessment and personal interviews.
“At Manipal Academy of BFSI, we believe that strong partnerships play a vital role in shaping the future of the industry,” said Aatash Shah, Senior Vice President and Head of Business, Manipal Academy of BFSI.
“Our association with a prestigious organization like Aditya Birla Capital marks an important step in building a long-term relationship focused on nurturing future-ready talent for the BFSI sector. Through this collaboration, we aim to empower talent with the right skills, mindset, and opportunities needed to drive sustainable growth,” Shah added.
Graduates who complete the program will be placed in suitable roles across Aditya Birla Capital’s various business divisions with competitive pay.
Those who fulfill the performance criteria and complete the required tenure will also be eligible for a full refund of the program fee.
