Participants will gain practical skills in data-driven HR strategies, machine learning applications, HR metrics, and predictive modeling while completing a capstone project under guidance from IIT Madras faculty and industry experts.

IIT Madras, in partnership with the Pravartak Technologies Foundation and the Education Ministry’s SWAYAM Plus initiative, will launch an AI-enabled HR analytics program aimed at developing data-driven HR skills.
Set to begin in January 2026, the four-month program will primarily be conducted online, with two on-campus days at IIT Madras.

Registrations are open until Dec 30. It is designed for students as well as entry- to mid-level HR practitioners and professionals looking to strengthen their expertise in AI applications, predictive modeling, and HR analytics.
The curriculum integrates artificial intelligence, machine learning, HR metrics, and predictive insights, combining academic instruction with practical exposure.

Participants will also complete an industry-focused capstone project. Faculty from IIT Madras, along with industry practitioners, will lead the sessions.
The program follows a blended learning model, mixing virtual classes with essential on-campus immersion, providing participants hands-on experience in data-driven HR tools and analytical strategies.
Officials said, “This program is ideal and the best for those who want to make a career in the HR field.”
