Uday A. Kaole, Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL), commended the institute for its inventiveness and vitality.

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur has implemented an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled teaching faculty in its classrooms to foster innovative learning and give students a life-changing experience.
The director of IIM Sambalpur, Professor Mahadeo Jaiswal, emphasized how artificial intelligence (AI) will change the classroom during the institution's 10th foundation day.

He said, "With AI, the role of teachers will shift from mere teaching to creating and facilitating learning experiences."
This action seeks to improve student engagement and raise the standard of education.
The institute has grown significantly, from 49 MBA students in 2015 to a vibrant community of 320 students, with an astounding 75% of the student body being female, stated the press release.
In keeping with Viksit Bharat's mission, Professor Jaiswal also revealed plans for a Women's Empowerment Summit in February.

According to the press release, IIM Sambalpur intends to create three Centers of Excellence and expand its MBA program to align with the National Education Policy's emphasis on foreign accreditations.
The Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship (IDE) Bootcamp, which runs from Sep 23 to 27, coincided with the foundation day.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the IDE program with a goal of fostering creativity, design, and entrepreneurial skills nationwide.
