IIM Raipur introduces new cohort of executive programs in general management

The Indian Institute of Management Raipur has launched a new cohort of its Executive Development Programme in General Management, aimed at helping professionals strengthen their leadership and strategic decision-making skills.

The 12-month blended program, developed in collaboration with TimesPro, is structured for working professionals looking to accelerate their careers through cross-functional learning.

Designed with a practical and future-ready approach, the course includes ten modules covering areas such as business strategy, finance, operations, marketing, human capital, and analytics.

It also features specialized segments on generative AI and sustainability to equip participants with relevant tools for today’s evolving business landscape.

"At IIM Raipur, we recognize the urgent need for leaders who are not only technically proficient but also strategically aligned with global business realities,” said Prof Ram Kumar Kakani, Director, IIM Raipur.

“This program is designed to foster that alignment by offering a rigorous, multidimensional learning experience that enhances leadership capabilities across domains, ranging from digital transformation to AI and data analytics, equipping professionals to drive sustained impact," Prof Kakani added.

The program is delivered through live online sessions and includes two campus immersions of three days each. Participants also gain access to the SLIQ Cloud Campus, a digital platform offering self-paced resources, interactive tools, and mentorship opportunities.

The final module brings together classroom insights and real-world application through case studies and collaborative projects, culminating in a valedictory session.

Open to professionals with at least three years of work experience, the program offers over 120 hours of instruction and leads to Executive Alumni Status from IIM Raipur.
