Indian Institute of Management Calcutta released the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 results, with 14 students achieving 100 percentile scores, 13 of whom are engineers.
Indian Institutes of Management Calcutta (IIM) has released the Common Admission Test (CAT) Result 2024. This year, 14 students achieved 100 percentile scores.
Using the CAT application login credentials, candidates can now view their scores on the official website, iimcat.ac.in.
Around 2.93 lakh of the 3.29 lakh enrolled candidates took the examination, with male and engineering students making up the majority.
Of the 14 perfect 100 percentile scores, 13 were engineers.
A total of 29 individuals scored in the 99.99 percentile, with 25 from engineering and four from non-technical backgrounds. Meanwhile, 30 candidates scored in the 99.98 percentile.
To check your IIM CAT 2024 result, visit the official website at iimcat.ac.in. Log in using your registered credentials to access your scorecard. Candidates can download it and print a copy for future reference.
The CAT 2024 exam was conducted on Nov 24 at 389 examination centers in 170 cities in three shifts.
Shortlists for the upcoming admissions phase will be announced by IIMs based on institute-specific requirements and CAT results.
For their management programs, 86 non-IIM universities will also accept CAT 2024 results.
Before applying, candidates should check the CAT website to see if an institution is registered.
In addition to the 20 IIMs, including IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, and IIM Calcutta, 91 non-IIM universities will also use CAT 2024 scores this year to admit students to their management programs.
Candidates should keep an eye on the official website for updates on admissions, cut-offs, and merit lists.
