B Likitha Sree of East Point College of Engineering & Technology (EPCET) has earned the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) Gold Medal for her academic performance in the 2022-2026 Computer Science & Engineering (IoT & CSBT) program.
Likitha received the top academic honor from VTU, marking a major achievement for the autonomous institution affiliated with VTU and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

EPCET is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Information Science & Engineering, and holds a NAAC Grade A accreditation.
Congratulating Likitha on the achievement, Sri S V Pramod Gowda, CEO and Trustee of East Point Group of Institutions, said, "Securing a VTU Gold Medal is a stellar landmark that highlights what can be achieved when talent meets grit and rigorous academic training. Sree's academic specialization in Internet of Things (IoT) and Cyber Security including Blockchain Technology (CSBT) reflects the college's focus on emerging areas of technology.
