The American educational technology company Duolingo has launched an intermediate English language course globally. The course, which can be accessed on any Android or iOS device, is intended to raise students' English ability to a B2 level and give them advanced language abilities for further study and professional development.
"According to the latest Duolingo Language Report (DLR), English is the most learned language on Duolingo in 122 countries, including India. English learners in India had the highest average number of courses completed daily on Duolingo, demonstrating the country's enormous demand for and importance of English competence," read a statement from the press release.

By addressing these numerous motivations, the intermediate English course on Duolingo strives to support students in reaching their goals in both their personal and professional lives by improving their proficiency in the English language.
