The Army Public School educator and Kathak dancer won the national title at the Jaipur finale, earning praise for blending academic excellence with artistic achievement and public engagement.

An English teacher from Delhi has earned national recognition after winning a prestigious pageant title, drawing attention to her achievements in both education and the performing arts.
Sanghamitra Roy, a trained graduate teacher at Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, was crowned Mrs India Charismatic 2025 at the national grand finale held in Jaipur on Dec 21. The competition was organized under the Mrs India Official platform.


Roy, who is also a trained Kathak dancer and choreographer, secured her place as a national finalist before winning the title at the finale. She is also a recipient of the ICOSA Conclave award for Exemplary Teaching Skills.
Educators and colleagues described the achievement as a proud moment for the academic community, noting her ability to successfully balance classroom teaching with artistic excellence and public engagement.
Her journey has been cited as a source of motivation for students and women, reflecting how commitment and perseverance can allow professional and creative ambitions to grow side by side.
