According to UPSC data, the government reported 1,143 vacancies across various services, including IAS, IPS, and central Group A and Group B services. The Civil Services Examination (CSE) main exam, conducted in subjective mode over two shifts from September 15 to September 24, challenged candidates across diverse subjects.
For aspirants eager to check their results, UPSC has provided a simple guide:
The recommended candidates represent diverse backgrounds, with nominations spanning various categories including General, EWS, OBC, SC, and ST. Additionally, the list includes candidates with benchmark disabilities, showcasing the commitment to inclusivity.
Out of the vast pool of applicants, a significant number appeared for the examination. Of those, a select group of candidates qualified for the UPSC CSE Main (written) exam, with a smaller cohort proceeding to the interview and personality test stage.
To ensure a seamless experience for candidates, UPSC has established a "facilitation counter" near the examination hall. Candidates can seek information or clarification regarding examinations and recruitments during working hours either in person or via telephone.
The UPSC Civil Services Examination stands as a beacon of opportunity for aspirants seeking to serve the nation with distinction. With each iteration, it reinforces the values of meritocracy, diversity, and excellence in public service.
