Military: 1,735 females (6.85%)
Air Force: 1,614 females (13.4%)
Navy: 674 females (6%)
Tendency Since 2005:
Army: increased from 767 (2005) to 1,735 (2024)
Air Force: increased from 574 to 1,614
Navy: increased from 154 to 674
Branch Entry:
Army: Women have the opportunity to serve in 12 branches, including combat positions.

Navy: All divisions except for submarines are available.
Air Force: All divisions available, including combat pilots.
Role Models: Figures such as Col. Sofiya Qureshi (Army) and Wing Cmdr. Vyomika Singh (Air Force) represent women’s leadership in significant missions like Operation Sindoor
