What Is It?

A state-level initiative focused on breaking up the drug cartel and eliminating substance abuse.
Framed as a law enforcement strategy and a public awareness initiative.
Main Initiatives:
Reward Policy – Police officers seizing over 1 kg of heroin will receive ₹1.2 lakh.
Awareness in Schools – Anti-drug curriculum launched and large Parent–Teacher Meeting engaging 20 lakh parents and students.
Community Initiative – Towns adopting measures to proclaim themselves free from drugs.
Defence Committees – Established in communities to oversee activities at the local level.
Youth Involvement – Sports initiatives, “Khedan Watan Punjab Diyan” competitions, new arenas to steer youth away from substance abuse.
