This year people talked a lot about innovation and research in India. Many important people like policymakers and scientists said that India should develop its technologies. This will help India to not depend on countries for technology. They also said that India should invest more in research and development and also support startups.
Another important thing that people talked about was being self-reliant in technologies. India wants to be strong in areas like defence technology making electronics, telecommunications and digital infrastructure. People discussed about making semiconductors, advanced manufacturing and renewable energy technologies.
